Students will share prior knowledge of simple media texts and identify different forms of media. They will use the picture/word cards to discover and retell implied messages in simple text and identify whose point of view is being presented.
They will complete a worksheet which details media forms in their home that they use over a 3-day period. A crossword puzzle is included to evaluate information and relate media to personal experiences, actions and behaviours. 8 pages including an answer key.
